What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from the UK as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Shipments may also be delayed due to the pandemic. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or our social media pages.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, FedEx, etc.).
What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?
